🚫 What We Don't Allow
To maintain a safe and welcoming space, we don't permit:
- Hate or Division: Attacks based on race, religion, gender, orientation, nationality, or disability
- Harassment or Bullying: Targeting, intimidating, or belittling others
- Profanity or Vulgarity: Inappropriate language that doesn't reflect Christ
- Sexual Content: Explicit material, suggestive content, or inappropriate imagery
- Violence or Threats: Graphic content or threatening behavior
- Spam or Scams: Repetitive posts, unauthorized advertising, or fraudulent activity
- False Teaching: Content that contradicts core Christian doctrine or promotes harmful theology
- Political Divisiveness: Partisan content that divides rather than unites
🛡️ AI Content Screening for Safety
📋 Transparency Commitment:
We believe in being completely transparent about how we keep our community safe. Here's exactly what happens when you post content:
How Content Screening Works
Every piece of user-submitted content is automatically screened by AI before it appears in the app. This helps us catch inappropriate content before anyone sees it.
What's Screened:
- 💬 Text Content: All prayers, comments, messages, posts, and stories
- 🖼️ Images: All profile photos and uploaded images
AI Services We Use:
- OpenAI Moderation API – Screens text for inappropriate language, hate speech, harassment, violence, sexual content, and harmful material
- Google Cloud Vision API – Screens images for inappropriate visual content, explicit material, and safety concerns
What Information Is Shared:

- The text or image you're submitting
- Content only (for safety screening)

- Your name, email, or account info
- Your location or device data
- Your browsing history
- Any other personal information

The Screening Process:
- You Submit – You post a prayer, comment, or image
- AI Screens – Content is sent to OpenAI or Google for instant safety check
- Decision Made – Within seconds:
- ✅ Safe content is approved and posted immediately
- ⚠️ Questionable content is flagged for human review
- ❌ Clearly inappropriate content is automatically blocked
- Human Review – If flagged, our moderation team reviews it personally
Why AI Screening?

📢 Reporting Concerning Content
We're all responsible for keeping our community safe. If you see something concerning:
How to Report:
- Tap the three dots (⋮) on any prayer, comment, or post
- Select "Report Content"
- Choose a reason (inappropriate, spam, harassment, etc.)
- Add optional details to help our team
- Submit – we'll review within 24 hours
What Happens Next:
- First Report: Content is immediately hidden and added to our moderation queue
- Team Review: Human moderators review the content and context
- Action Taken: We may approve (if safe), delete, or ban the user
- You're Notified: We'll let you know the outcome of your report
🔒 Reporter Privacy:
Your identity is kept confidential when you report content. The reported user will not know who reported them.

✗ Examples of Inappropriate Content
- Using curse words or crude language
- Attacking other denominations or faiths
- Sharing graphic or violent imagery
- Posting political rants or divisive content
- Advertising products or services
⚖️ Consequences of Violations
We believe in grace and second chances, but we must protect our community:
- First Minor Violation: Content removed + friendly warning
- Second Violation: Content removed + 3-day suspension
- Third Violation: 30-day suspension + required agreement re-acceptance
- Severe Violations: Immediate permanent ban (hate speech, threats, child endangerment, etc.)
- Illegal Content: Account termination + report to authorities
