FLUMC Daily Devotionals (current series: Awakened to Grace), operated by The Florida Conference of The United Methodist Church, is a Christian community platform. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and spiritually enriching environment for all users.

3.1 Harassment and Bullying

• Prohibited: Harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Prohibited: Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Prohibited: Threats of violence or harm

3.2 Inappropriate Content

• Prohibited: Explicit sexual content
• Prohibited: Violence or graphic content
• Prohibited: Illegal activities or content
• Prohibited: Spam or unsolicited commercial content

3.3 Misinformation

• Prohibited: False or misleading information
• Prohibited: Medical or health misinformation
• Prohibited: Scams or fraudulent content

3.4 Privacy Violations

• Prohibited: Sharing others’ personal information without consent
• Prohibited: Doxxing or revealing private information
• Prohibited: Impersonating others

4. CONTENT MODERATION

4.1 AI Moderation

All user-generated content is automatically screened by AI moderation before publication to ensure community safety.

4.2 Human Review

Content flagged by AI or reported by users is reviewed by human moderators.

4.3 Moderation Actions

Violations may result in: - Content removal - Warning notifications - Temporary account restrictions - Permanent account suspension

5. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines: - Report Button: Available on all user-generated content - In-App: Settings → Report Content - Email: moderation@awakenedtograce.app

6. APPEALS PROCESS

If your content is removed or account restricted: - Appeal: Contact support@awakenedtograce.app - Review: Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days - Decision: You will be notified of the outcome

7. AGE-SPECIFIC GUIDELINES

7.1 Users Under 18

• Enhanced privacy protections apply
• Content restrictions may apply
• Parental oversight available

7.2 Kids Mode

• Age-appropriate content only
• Enhanced safety measures
• Parental controls enabled

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

Violations of these guidelines may result in: 1. First Violation: Warning and content removal 2. Repeated Violations: Temporary account restriction 3. Severe Violations: Immediate account suspension 4. Legal Violations: Referral to law enforcement

10. UPDATES TO GUIDELINES

These guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines.
